Only 19 miles to the Sunday River access road, 16 miles to Black Mountain of Maine, and 8 miles to Appalachian Trail access. Excellent Hunting, Fishing, Hiking, Snowmobiling, ATV-ing, Skiing, Golf and a Children’s Playground are all close by.
